Meet Your Instructor
Vince Vaccaro — Master Instructor… Vince, a Master ChiRunning®/ChiWalking® Instructor, was personally trained by Danny Dreyer, the founder of these two revolutionary techniques and Chris Griffin a Master ChiRunning®/ChiWalking® Instructor. Since training with Danny and Chris, Vince now runs with greater ease, less effort, no injuries, better results and NO need for recovery. An avid runner for over 50 years, ChiRunning has taken Vince across the finish line of the Chattanooga, Louisville and New York City Ironman events. He has completed countless 5ks, 10Ks and half marathons along with 68 marathons and three Ultras. Vince works with all ability level athletes and non-athletes.

The ChiRunning technique applies principles from Tai Chi to the sport of running. ChiRunning is a time tested, science backed technique based on reducing injury while improving efficiency.
Whether you are a High School athlete, seasoned marathon runner or simply beginning a walk to run program, this workshop will benefit you! Participants will learn how their running technique dictates how stress goes through their body. Efficient running creates less stress on your body and requires less effort. Developing an efficient running technique is essential to restore or sustain your running practice. This workshop will give you the tools to practice efficient running (ChiRunning).
