5:00am – 6:00am Packet Pick-up (All Olympic Distance Races)
5:15am – 6:30am – All Olympic Distance Athletes – Transition area open / Mandatory Bike
6:30am – All Olympic Athletes – Pre-Race Meeting – Transition Area
7:00am – Olympic Distance Triathlon, Aquabike & Duathlon Individual & Relay Start (Triathlon & Aquabike to the water / Duathlon to transition Swim In)

WAVE START TIMES:

7:00am – Wave #1 – Olympic Men + All Olympic Duathletes
7:03am – Wave #2 – Olympic Women + All Olympic Aquabike + All Olympic Relay Teams

6:30am – 7:30am Packet Pick-up (All Sprint Distance Races)
6:45am – 8:00am All Sprint Distance Athletes – Transition area open / Mandatory Bike
8:00am – All Sprint Distance Athletes – Pre-Race Meeting – Transition Area
8:30am – Sprint Distance Triathlon, Aquabike & Duathlon Individual & Relay Start (Triathlon & Aquabike to the water / Duathlon to transition Swim In)

WAVE START TIMES:

8:30am – Wave #3 – Sprint Women 44 and under + All Sprint Duathletes (Individual & Relay) + All Sprint Aquabike
8:33am – Wave #4 – Sprint Women 45 and over
8:36am – Wave #5 – Sprint Men 44 and under + All Sprint Relay Teams
8:39am – Wave #6 – Sprint Men 45 and over

WAVE START TIME:

10:45am – Wave #7 – Pedal Dash

9:30am All athletes must have completed the swim course
10:45am All athletes must have completed the bike course
12 Noon – Course Closed
10:15 to 11:45am – Post Race Brunch
10:15am – Sprint Distance Award Ceremony – Top 3 Overall M/F/NB
10:30am – Sprint Distance Age Group Awards can be picked up at the Awards Table
10:45am – Olympic Distance Award Ceremony – Top 3 Overall M/F/NB
11:00am – Olympic Distance Age Group Awards can be picked up at the Awards Table
